2 Delivery date ie, commencement of charter.

6 Details of trading area/cargoes, etc.
7 As much information about vessel's characteristics and capabilities as possible, i.e. age, restrictions, etc.

1 Date range (whether week, month, quarterly or yearly)
2 Vessel size or vessel size range.

5 Any additional information the Client wished the Panel to take into account when deciding the result, i.e. vessel age, laytime, etc.
6 Whether assessment should be based upon fixtures:
a Concluded during the period irrespective of date of loading.
b For loading during the period irrespective of date of fixing.
c Concluded during the period for loading during the period.
